DPF Warranty Information

The installation of a Diesel Particulate Filter MUST be carried out by a licensed and authorised automotive repairer, and the installation process must adhere to manufactures procedures.

DPF FAILURE NOTICE
The performance & longevity of a Diesel Particulate Filter is reliant upon a smooth running and maintained engine. Scheduled maintenance and inspections of your vehicle are essential to ensure that any underlying issues are dealt with prior to installation of a replacement DPF.

Your DPF may have failed due to an engine related issue/fault.

All mechanical faults and tuning related issues must be fully rectified prior to installation of a replacement DPF. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

A warranty period of 12 months from the invoice date applies to all DPF’s with the following limitations:

1. Limited 6-month warranty on vehicles with total kilometres exceeding 200,000kms

Warranties do not apply if part is operated outside of the manufacturer's specifications or installed on a vehicle with modified, high-performance engines, vehicles or race cars.



DPF WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To lodge a DPF warranty claim, the following photos & documentation must be provided:

1. 1x photo of the number plate, 1x photo of the odometer and 3x photos of the DPF including:
   • Photo showing the full assembly
   • Photos showing any obvious issues or faults
   • Photos showing any etching or stamping on the DPF body
2. Pre-fitment vehicle ODB diagnostic scan report & a current OBD scan report
3. Original customer invoice(s) and service report(s) covering all mechanical and tuning-related repairs
4. All documentation must be issued by a licensed and authorised automotive repair or diagnostic service provider
