All VIPER Performance Exhausts come with a Manufacturer Warranty from the date of invoice.

WARRANTY PERIOD

VIPER Standard & Performance Exhausts – 2 years
VIPER Cat Converters – 1 year (limited warranty on non factory LPG applications)
VIPER Accessories – No Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty replacement parts are only issued after inspection of part by the manufacturer (this may require return of the product to our Knoxfield head office) and are subject to approval.

Performance Exhaust will provide a replacement part (no refunds) for the following issues:
Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival
There is a manufacturing fault with the product
Product has failed due to a manufacturing fault or quality

All warranties are limited and do not apply if:
Parts are not installed correctly
Parts have been abused, altered or damaged in any way
Parts are not correctly maintained
Parts are not operated within the manufacturers specifications, installed on modified or high performance engines, vehicles or race cars.


Manufacturer Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not include any additional costs of labour, fitting or damages. Performance Exhaust is not liable for losses or expenses incurred due to defects or any third party claims.
