    Experienced welders add the brackets, swirl pot and baffles to the tank weld it all together using jigs to locate the brackets for each individual tank so installation is as easy and consistent for every vehicle.
  • Pressure Tested
    Pressure testing invloves a soap test, submersion test and a pressure gauge. These techniques help identify any rare leaks prior to the product being ready for sale

No modifications required
Confirmed fitment on all 2.8L deisel models, 5 and 7 seater
Fits with most aftermarket suspension and air bag suspension
Confirmed with OME (ARB), TJM, EFS, Pedders, Iron Man, Tuff Dog, Dobinsons and Air Bag Man
Confident on fitment with most aftermarket exhausts
Tank does not mount to rear section of vehicle. Chassis is very similar to 200 Series. Fits with Kaymar and TJM rear bars 
Does not fit Lexus GX550
Fitment by a professional is recommended

This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part which appears upon inspection by Brown Davis Automotive Pty Ltd or its agents to be defective in material or workmanship.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Private Use – Applies to the earlier of 3 years or 60,000kms
Commercial Use – Applies to the earlier of 2 years or 40,000kms

WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty replacement parts are only issued after inspection of part by the manufacturer (this may require return of the product to our Knoxfield head office) and are subject to approval. Should there be a dispute Brown Davis Automotive Pty Ltd will determine whether the item was used for private and domestic purposes or commercial and industrial use.

Performance Exhaust will provide a replacement part (no refunds) for the following issues:
Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival
There is a manufacturing fault with the product
Product has failed due to a manufacturing fault or quality

All warranties are limited and do not apply if:
Parts are not installed correctly
Parts have been abused, altered or damaged in any way
Parts are not correctly maintained
Parts are not operated within the manufacturers specifications, installed on modified or high performance engines, vehicles or race cars.


Manufacturer Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not include any additional costs of labour, fitting or damages. Performance Exhaust is not liable for losses or expenses incurred due to defects or any third party claims.
